The RE Refinance package starts at $240.00
This package covers up to 15 Notarial Seals for up to 3 signers and 3 ID verifications. Once completed, each signer will receive a notarized PDF via a secure link.

I am located outside of the USA, will I be charged a separate fee?
Yes, there is a $30 flat fee for remote online notarizations for people who are physically located outside of the US at the time of the remote session. This is a one-time flat fee regardless of how many pages are notarized during one remote notarization session.
Why am I being charged $50 for a cancelled appointment?
I’m happy to accommodate changes if they are made up to 5 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancelled within 5 hours of the appointment, there is a $50 fee.
My session was unsuccessful due to technology. Will I be charged?
Yes, if your session failed due to improper technology or you presented an unacceptable ID, you will still be charged the full fee for the signing. This is why it is crucial that you carefully read all RON REQUIREMENTS.
Can you provide witnesses for a separate fee?
We do not provide witnesses as part of our service. If your state requires you to have a witness present, the witness will need to be verified as a separate signer and present online during the session. Witnesses can be at their own location as long as they log into the same signing room at the same time as the main signers.
Can I get a discount if I am a Closing company or Settlement Attorney who plans to use your services regularly?
Yes, there are discounts on an individual basis for repeat Customers. I love your business and I will make it work for all of us!
Can you do a Mobile Notarization for a fee?
I currently do not offer Mobile Notarizations.
